How to Print on a Shop Computer Without Logging Into Your Accounts

Keep email and cloud logins on your own phone. Share only a Print Code, print, then delete documents after.

Best way to print docs: keep logins on your phone

Opening your email or cloud storage on a print shop computer can expose much more than one PDF. Browser sessions, downloads, and saved passwords may remain after you leave.

The safer method is simple: prepare documents on your own device, share a Print Code, print, then delete.

How to print on a shop computer without account logins

  1. On your phone or laptop, open Print Kotika.
  2. Select only the files you need to print.
  3. Set print options.
  4. Generate a Print Code.
  5. On the shop computer, open Print Kotika and enter the code — nothing else.
  6. Preview and print.
  7. Delete the Print Code so documents can no longer be opened.

What this avoids

  • Typing passwords on a public keyboard
  • Leaving files in the Downloads folder
  • Staying signed in by mistake
  • Saving the shop’s phone number just to send a file

If you already used a shop PC login

  1. Sign out of every account you opened.
  2. Ask staff to remove your file from Downloads if it was saved.
  3. On your own phone, review active sessions and sign out unknown devices if needed.
  4. Next time, use a Print Code instead.

Delete after print

Temporary access is the point. Print Kotika is a simple tool for users and printers: open code, print, delete documents after printing.
